Tracey receiving her board certification as a Women's Health Clinical Specialist in July of 2017
Tracey graduated with her Master of Science in Physical therapy from the University of Kentucky in 1999 and later completed a Master of Arts in Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. Tracey developed a passion for treating pelvic floor disorders and pelvic pain conditions early on in her career in the year 2000. After working in various facilities in Central and Western Kentucky, Tracey began marketing and providing pelvic health services in the year 2006. She spent many years building relationships with local health care providers and educating them about the important role physical therapy can play in helping women and men find the treatment needed to restore quality of life and function from pelvic health conditions that many find difficult to discuss with others and even their health care providers.
In the year 2012, circumstances led Tracey to launch her business, Cornerstone Pelvic Health and Wellness, PLLC. The vision for this practice was to provide a compassionate, welcoming, and safe place where people are listened to and given the time and attention needed to address their needs. Cornerstone Pelvic Health and Wellness was launched when Tracey herself was just 3 months postpartum with her second child. Her passion and her vision remain unchanged, and she strives everyday to treat patients with respect and kindness the moment they walk through the door. Tracey is the wife to Michael LeGrand, who is her partner and is behind the scenes assisting with the administrative tasks of the business. They are busy raising their two sons and value their involvement in their church and community.
Tracey LeGrand was recently featured on The Savvy Sauce podcast: Practical Chats for Intentional Living.
